Sam’s experience in structured settlements and claims began while working part-time in college, specializing in no-fault insurance claims and compiling special damages for personal injury firms.  Sam then built a career at the Los Angeles-based Farmers Insurance Company as a Claims Specialist in their Medical Malpractice Division. While at Farmers he successfully worked in the nation’s most difficult venues, forging positive relationships with claims professionals, trial lawyers, defense attorneys, and the many insured and self-insured organizations with whom he has come into contact.  Today, Sam has over twenty years invested in the personal injury industry, the last eight of which have been as a Structured Settlement Consultant.  

Sam represents a broad spectrum of clients from different parts of the personal injury world. His assistance is requested by trial lawyers, state and local municipal agencies, insurance companies, self-insured companies and healthcare providers.

With the growth in popularity of non-qualified annuities being used in the sale of capital assets and to resolve contractual claims, Sam has expanded his expertise to these specialty markets.

When Sam is not structuring settlements he's enjoying New York City or traveling. He is an avid fan of Broadway and off-Broadway productions, Lincoln Center arts, and NYC's many museums.
